Send your brief
Product, size, quantity, and any reference box or brand you like. A photo of your product next to a ruler helps more than you would think.

Structure and dieline
Free dieline plus a 3D mockup with your logo on it. You approve the shape and the opening experience before anything is printed.

Quote and physical sample
Itemized quote within 24 hours. A physical sample with your artwork arrives in 5–7 days; the sample fee is credited back on orders over 1,000 pcs.

Artwork preflight
We check bleed, CMYK, outlined fonts and barcode placement, then send a digital proof. Nothing goes to press until you reply approved.

Production and QC
Print, laminate, die-cut, mount, assemble. I send photos at each stage and inspect a random 5% by hand before packing.

Shipping
FOB, CIF or DDP door to door. Air freight for samples and urgent runs, sea freight for volume. I handle the paperwork either way.

Artwork
Send files that print right the first time.
- AI, PDF or high-res PNG. Vector preferred.
- 3mm bleed on every edge, plus the dieline layer kept separate.
- CMYK colour mode, 300dpi for any photos.
- All fonts outlined, and black text set to 100% K only.
- Barcode at least 3cm wide, quiet zone kept clear.

FAQ
Questions I get every week.
What is the minimum order quantity?
100 pcs for digitally printed folding cartons and kraft boxes, 500 pcs for offset printing, and 500 pcs for rigid, magnetic and drawer boxes. Below those numbers the setup cost per box makes the unit price unrealistic.
How much does a sample cost and how long does it take?
A plain white structure sample is free, you only cover freight. A printed sample with your artwork is $80 to $250 depending on structure and finishing, delivered in 5 to 7 days, and fully credited back on orders over 1,000 pcs.
What drives the price up or down?
In order of impact: quantity, structure (rigid costs 4 to 6 times a folding carton), size, paper weight, number of print colours, and hand finishing such as foil or ribbon. Moving from 500 to 3,000 pcs typically cuts the unit price by 35 to 45 percent.
Can you ship to my door, duties included?
Yes. DDP door to door is available to the US, EU, UK, Australia, Japan and most of Southeast Asia. Share your address and I will quote freight together with the boxes so there are no surprises at customs.
Are the boxes food contact safe?
For direct food contact I use food-grade coated board with soy or water-based inks and a barrier liner where needed, and I can supply FDA and EU 1935/2004 compliance documents. For indirect contact, standard board with a food-safe insert is usually enough.
What are the payment terms?
30 percent deposit to start production, 70 percent after QC photos and before shipping. PayPal, bank transfer, Wise or Alipay. For orders above $10,000 we can look at 30/70 against a bill of lading.
What if the boxes arrive damaged or wrong?
Report it within 7 days with photos. Manufacturing defects are reprinted or refunded at our cost. If damage happened in transit, I file the claim with the forwarder and handle it for you.
Can you match a box I already have?
Yes, and it is the most common request. Send one physical sample or clear photos with a ruler. I measure it, rebuild the dieline, and confirm the paper and finish match before quoting.
